Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Eligibility
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
• A Return Authorisation Number must be obtained before sending any item back.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
• Gift cards
• Sale items (unless faulty or damaged)
Important Notes
• Change-of-mind returns are accepted, but return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds May Apply
Partial refunds may be granted for:
• Items returned damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition (unless due to our error).
• Returns received more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not arrived:
• Check your bank account.
• Contact your credit card provider.
• Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Shipping Information
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
• If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
• For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
