How to use Gemstone Mousse

Prep unpainted surface with White Lightning or allow Dixie Belle Paint to dry completely.  Spread a small amount of Gemstone Mousse with a brush, sponge or your finger.  Let the Gemstone Mousse dry for 30 minutes and it cures in 24 hours!
