HOW TO USE STENCILS
Clean with white lightning
Apply Dixie Belle Paint or Clear Coat and allow to dry
Place the stencil over your project and secure with painters tape
Apply a thin, even layer of paint with a dry brush or sponge. Less paint is best to avoid bleed through under stencil
