Belles & Whistles | Blushing Roses Rice Decoupage Paper (A1)

Measurement: A1 23.39" x 33.11" ( 59.4 x 84.1 cm. )

Put on some Dixie Belle Clear Coat to wherever you want to stick the decoupage paper. Lay down the Rice Decoupage Paper on the still-wet clear coat, and then brush on another coat of Dixie Belle Clear Coat over top. Give it time to dry completely.
