Belles and Whistles Stencil Stencil 15inx7.5in - Trippy Blocks
10 mil Mylar. 38.1cm x 19cm. 

• Clean with white lightning
• Apply Dixie Belle Paint or Clear Coat and allow to dry
• Place the stencil over your project and secure with painters tape
• Apply a thin, even layer of paint with a dry brush or sponge.  Less paint is best to avoid bleed through under stencil
• Remove tape and gently lift stencil
